Please Read - Important Information:
Due to the number of applicants, if you are not able to pay a security deposit and last months rent right now please come back and apply when you are able to. Please also do the same if your max budget is lower than the price listed for the house you're interested. Feel free to send us an email with any questions at [email protected] but we will not be responding to submitted applications unless you are immediately prepared to pay move in costs and can afford rent.
Also, we have had a few times when we receive the application fee but the application is not submitted. We check payments and applications frequently but if we do not reach out to you within 48 hours of you submitting your application, please email us so we can follow up with you at [email protected]. If we have not reached out, we have not received the application you submitted. We do our best to respond to every email within 24 hours. Thanks!
Lastly, please read the frequently asked questions and make sure that our housing is a good fit for your needs. Also make sure that the house you are applying for is still available. It takes time for us to process your application and we can't refund you fee unless it is a mistake on our end.
